Hawks Named State Chess Champions
Twenty-three Hawken Lower, Middle, and Upper School students were among 307 students who participated in the 2018 State of Ohio Grade Level Chess Championships.
Congratulations to Brennen Keuchel ’19 for capturing the state title; to Hawken’s third and ninth grade teams on winning the state championship; and to the kindergarten and 12th grade teams on their second place finish. Well-done, Hawks!
