Golf Outing Raises Funds for JADE Foundation
Hawken football coaches, alumni, parents and friends came together on Sunday, June 25 to participate in the second annual golf outing at Fowler’s Mill Golf Course. Following an afternoon of friendly competition on a beautiful summer day in Northeast Ohio, players and their guests gathered for dinner at the clubhouse. Proceeds from the event support the JADE Foundation.
The JADE Foundation, which was founded in 2009 to honor the memory of Alex Dobay ’08, serves young adult cancer patients at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals by providing comfort and entertainment to help alleviate the stress of lengthy hospitalizations and treatments.
