Seniors Named Players of the Week
Seniors Stewart Roulston and David Williams have been named Players of the Week. Stewart Roulston, in a 20-19 football win over Cuyahoga Heights last week, carried seven times for 85 yards, caught a pass for four yards and made five pancake blocks as the lead blocker. As a cornerback, he made two interceptions. The Plain Dealer went on to report that Stewart was \"an All-Ohio honorable mention and All-Geauga County team member last season. He has won two varsity track letters and one for basketball, and writes for the school newspaper.\" Football Captain David Williams, as halfback and safety, had 29 carries for 109 yards and three touchdowns, two receptions for 32 yards, five tackles and one pass in the same win over state-ranked Cuyahoga Heights. The News-Herald also reported that, off the field, `DWill` was a state track finalist. His favorite subject is math and favorite athlete is LeBron James.
