Join Us for a Gallery Talk at the Gries Center, Sat., Nov.15 @1pm: "The Secessionists vs the Cleveland Society of Artists." William Tregoning, III will discuss the works and the artist groups that created a vibrant and fertile arts scene in early 20th century Cleveland around the time of Hawken's founding, balancing the avant-garde and academic sensibilities. In addition to the talk, there will be a walking tour of the exhibition. This event is free and open to the public.
