Be a part of Global Youth Service Day [See downloads for more information]

Middle and Upper School students will travel to the Cleveland Foodbank to sort and package food from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A Hawken bus will transport us to the Foodbank, leaving the Lyndhurst campus at 7:30 a.m., returning at 12:30 p.m. Please encourage your child(ren) to volunteer to be part of this exciting event. They can sign up to participate by calling Mrs. Susan Jambor at the Upper School at 440-423-2964 or at sjamb@hawken.edu no later than Friday, April 17th. 

Lower School families have the opportunity to work with a representative from the Cleveland Botanical Garden at one of the Garden’s Urban Learning Gardens. A Hawken bus will transport us to the Garden worksite [actual location TBD], leaving the Lyndhurst campus at 7:30 a.m. and returning at noon. A snack will be provided. Please consider volunteering to be part of this exciting event. Participation is limited to students age 8 and older.
