All activities held on Gates Mills Campus
  • 11:00 am to 11:30 am: Reunion check-in and registration in lower Shiverick Commons
  • 11:30 am to 1:30 pm: Opening Reception/ Kickoff Lunch in Great Lawn Loft
  • 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm: Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Kennedy Auditorium
  • 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm: Meet & Greet HOF Inductees with students in AC Lobby
  • 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Check in at local hotel; tour new buildings; mingle with faculty & friends  
  • 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Alumni Tailgate Party at the White House (for all alumni)
  • 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Hawken Varsity Football game vs. Beachwood at Walton Stadium
  • Optional: Individual class parties to be organized

  • 10:00 am to 11:00 am: Reunion class coffees, conversations and tours
  • 11:00 am to 12:00 noon: Conversation with Scott Looney about Hawken Today in the Great Lawn Loft
  • 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm: Red Gray Alumni Family Picnic at Guren Pavilion
  • 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm: Varsity athletic games
  • 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm: free time
  • 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm: Reunion cocktail parties -Stirn Hall
  • 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm: Reunion Dinner Parties, Stirn Hall
  • 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm: After dinner musical entertainment, AC Lobby
