Playing soccer at Hawken teaches me how to be a good leader and teammate and it also means great friends and amazing coaches.
Lindy Bobrow, a sophomore on the girls’ soccer team, has been one of the main contributors to the attack even since last year, when she started as a freshman. So far this season, Bobrow has again become one of the main contributors to Hawken’s goals, scoring six and assisting over ten times. The team is facing a solid season in which their record is 6-6-1. In the past week, Bobrow played excellently bagging six goals in just two games, beating Painesville and WRA 8-0 and 4-1 respectively. These wins will prove very important as the Hawk’s look forward to the standings to come out for the state tournament. If the team wants to click to make a run in the postseason, Bobrow will be a crucial factor.
