F. Jerome Tone ’73

Jerry Tone is the managing Agent for Hellman Properties LLC, an independent oil production and real estate company in Seal Beach, CA. He is on the Board of the Seattle Parks Foundation (President), and the National Board of Directors of the Trust for Public Land (Chairman of the Transactions Committee). Previously, he was a Director of the Alamitos Land Company in Signal Hill, California, was a principal with Montgomery Capital Corporation, a real estate investment partnership in San Francisco, and was involved in the production of affordable housing as CFO for BRIDGE Housing Corporation. Jerry and his wife Martha Wyckoff reside in Seattle, Washington.
