James "Deej" Lincoln ’91

Deej is founder and partner (with Jeff Milbourn '94) of Boot Island Group (BIG). BIG manages a growing portfolio of businesses including The Interior Products Company and Argosy Wind. Deej is currently President of Interior Products and its spin-off, Reclaimed Cleveland, a market leader in standard and custom furniture, installations, and accessories produced from reclaimed wood. An active supporter of Hawken, Deej has served on his 20th Reunion Committee and participated in Development Office fundraising efforts. He was also named vice-president of the Alumni Board in 2010 having served as a member of that board since 2004. Deej currently serves as co-chair of the Annual Fund. Deej is the son of Russ ’64 and Connie Lincoln. Deej and Nicole reside in Gates Mills with their children, Finn ’21 and Madeleine ’23.
