Donations Brighten Holidays
Middle and Upper school students donated holiday cheer to several organizations this month.
Students and staff in the Middle School collected toiletries, candy, magazines, socks, and hats to make 126 gift bags for Frontline Services, an organization that assists individuals and families struggling with homelessness, crisis and trauma. The gift bags were presented to Frontline clients during a holiday party at the Gries Center where students served refreshments and performed for guests.
The Upper School donated 172 presents to the Salvation Army's Angel Tree holiday toy drive. Part of a House Competition, Bolton and Chester Houses tied for 1st with 49 presents each, Mather placed 3rd with 38 presents, and Ansel placed 4th with 36 presents.
