Stating that Cleveland has become a great place for dining, Katz, who recently opened the Katz Club Diner in Cleveland Heights, strives to be involved in his local community. "I think there's enough people handling downtown... I like to connect with people in my community. When you open on the outskirts, you're really opening for your community."
