Awards Day was held on Friday, June 1, 2012 to salute the exceptional accomplishments of Hawken Upper School students in math, science, English, the arts and more.
This year's prestigious Charles B. Bolton Award was shared by two outstanding seniors: Jenna Foti and Liam Green. The Bolton Award, which was first given in 1977, is among the most highly anticipated honors a senior can receive and is bestowed upon a Hawken student who excels in all aspects of education and in so doing has truly lived up to the Hawken motto: "That each generation introduce its successor to a higher plane of life." Presenting the awards was Peter Jacobson '81, President of the Alumni Association.
