End of Year Athletic Highlights

Congratulations Ally Markovich, Region Champion, 1,600m! Her winning time was 5:08.79, the 3rd best in state D-II. Hawken’s girls 4x800m also qualified for States –congrats to Emily Heyd, Ally Markovich, Rachel McKay, Kerrin Sunshine! The girls 4x800m runs Friday at Ohio State, and Ally runs in the 1,600m Saturday. Go Hawks!

Hawken is playing host the High School Girls Lacrosse State Championships this Friday and Saturday. All games are at the Upper Campus field complex. The schedule:

4:30 – D-I Semifinal, Medina v. New Albany

5:15 – D-II Semifinal, Rocky River v. Columbus Academy

6:30 - D-I Semifinal, Upper Arlington v. Hudson

7:15 – D-II Semifinal, Mariemont v. Hathaway Brown

Saturday, June 4

11:00 – Club Championship

1:00 – D-I Championship

3:00 – D-II Championship
