Middle and Upper School Students Learn Lessons in Tolerance

Marc Elliot, a national inspirational speaker on the subject of tolerance, recently visited both the Lyndhurst and Gates Mills campuses to visit with students in grades 7-12. His presentation, during which he shares his life story which includes struggles with a rare disease and a neurological disorder, is perfectly aligned to the essential questions explored in 7th and 8th grades: How can I work to understand the perspective of others? How can I make a difference in the global community? Marc's presentation sparked engaging conversations about these important issues both in school and at home.
