Josh Berns and Kids for the Cure Featured in Plain Dealer
7th Grader Josh Berns and his family were featured by Plain Dealer columnist Regina Brett in the Sunday, May 1 edition of the Plain Dealer. Brett`s column details the Berns family`s efforts to raise youth cancer awareness by starting an Ohio Kids for the Cure Run/Walk to raise money for breast cancer research; after a successful event in 2004, Josh`s mom, Patti, was herself diagnosed with breast cancer.
