GIRLS SWIMMING WINS 25th STATE TITLE!

Hawken swimmers competed at the Division II State Championships yesterday. The girls placed 1st to win their 17th consecutive state title, and the boys placed 5th.

Congratulations to Coach Bocci, Coach Stacy, Coach Neff and all the swimmers for a great year for Hawken!

The Hawks totaled 279 points, winning one relay and capturing three individual titles.

The 200 medley relay team of Claire Doerr '16, Crile Hart '17, Lauren Heller '16 and Heather Svitavsky '16 won with a time of 1:44.58, nearly three seconds faster than runner-up.

Crile Hart '17 won the 200 individual medley and 100 breaststroke. Her 200 individual medley time of 2:00.74 broke the mark of 2:01.03 set in 2008. 

Claire Doerr '16 led the Hawks in a sweep of the 500 free, an event the team has owned since 1999.
