Jim Newman

Head Varsity Coach
Jim Newman Has been the Head Coach for Hawken Girls Varsity Lacrosse since the 2013 season. In his 5th season, he led the Hawks to a 15-4 record and a Region Runner-up finish. Coach Newman has coached girls and boys lacrosse throughout his 23-year career in independent schools, as well as at numerous camps and clinics. He also coached girls soccer Hawken for 8 seasons. He is currently a teacher of history and the Assistant Director of the Upper School for Student Life at Hawken.

Caroline Tatsuoka ’17 was a 2-time US Lacrosse All-American and earned a scholarship to NCAA Division I powerhouse Northwestern University.
