Character-First
While we always aim for CVC, sectional, district, and state championships, Hawken Golf is a character-first program. High school golf is a game with no officials – players must monitor their own play, scoring, and thus, integrity and Fair Play are of the utmost importance. Moreover, conduct, focus, and resiliency must also be in one’s bag if success is expected.
Hawken Golf History
Hawken’s second round score of 329 is the 4th best round in Division II State Tournament history!
Since the grand opening in November, over 100 students have utilized the center each day, whether for in-season team training, off-season training, or general fitness. In addition to large numbers of upper school students, the impact will be far reaching, as middle school speed and strength sessions are scheduled to start in January, in addition to other programs and events that are planned to roll out throughout 2022. Opportunities for faculty, staff and alumni access are in the planning phase as well.
