    Celebrating Girls in Sports & Leadership

     
    As part of celebrating 50 years of co-education at Hawken School, the Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF) and Hawken invite you and friends to a presentation on the powerful connection between sports participation, health, and leadership. This discussion will feature WSF’s CEO, Danette Leighton, along with special guests in town for the Women’s Final Four weekend. Please join us to delve into the ways sports participation sets girls up to be strong leaders throughout their lifetime, with the potential to impact culture and society. Hear ways we can all help get more girls in the game so they benefit from the transformative power of sport on and off the field of play. Click here to register!

    Solar Eclipse Spectacular

    Alumni and their families are invited to view the historic solar eclipse on the Great Lawn at the Gates Mills campus. We will have glasses but if you have your own, please consider bringing them along with lawn chairs and blankets.

    Strengthening Teen Mental Health and Well Being

    Beginning at 6:00 pm on April 11 at the Gates Mills campus, Hawken parents and guardians (grades 8-12) are invited to an event where Mr. Matt Simon (Upper School Director), Dr. Nicole Pucci and Mrs. Amanda Tandy (Psychologists) will share information about the school's partnership with Authentic Connections and the outcomes of our school’s recent mental health survey data. Additionally, we will discuss research based support strategies for teens and explore opportunities for additional partnerships with parents. Light food and beverages will be served.
