Choose from over 100 species of plants native to NE Ohio, all grown from seed by Hawken staff, volunteers, and students. Milkweed for the monarch, spicebush for the swallowtail, pearly everlasting for the painted lady—we’ll have it all and then some. Come check out our new native gardens behind the Science building and in the White House traffic circle.

 

Gallon, quart, and plug sizes will be available ($15/10/5), and all proceeds will be used to promote biodiversity on all three Hawken campuses and throughout the greater Cleveland area by growing native flora for native fauna. We have donated over 1,000 Hawken-grown plants this year alone.
