Hawken Track finished 2nd at District Meet
05/20/2007 -
The Hawken Mens Track Team finished second at the Division III District Meet at Independence High School on Friday. The Hawks were paced by the following regional qualifiers; 4x100m Relay(McKay, Nichols, Willen, Anoliefo)-1st, Davis Filippell-3200m-1st, Stephen Johnson-Discus-2nd, Tyler Nichols-Long Jump-2nd, Davis Filippell-1600m-2nd, Jake McKay-100m-3rd, Stephen Johnson-Shot Put-4th, Tyler Nichols-110m Hurdles-4th, Oge Anoliefo-200m-4th.
The Hawken Womens Team 5th at the District Meet. The following qualified to the Regional Meet; Vicki Wilson-300m Hurdles-1st, Louise Gliga-3200m-2nd, 4x800m Relay(Petersilge, Gliga, Seabright, Anderson)-2nd, Louise Gliga-1600m-3rd, 4x400m relay(Anderson, Petersilge, Seabright, Wilson)-3rd, Melissa Petersilge-800m-4th.
The Track Teams will be running at the Navarre Regional Meet on Wednesday & Friday. Go Hawks!
