Work on Pool Roof To Begin This Week

Work will begin this week to rectify a vapor barrier breach in the pool roof, walls, and transitions at Gates Mills. The construction project will "correct deficiencies in insulation and ensure a continuous vapor barrier throughout the roof, transitions and walls brought about by construction and design errors," says Tony Wanner, Director of Facilities and Transportation. The pool will remain open throughout the repair process, which will be completed in September. All original roof warranties will remain in effect and some will be extended.
