Rickard 1967 3-8 Steve Beal   A victory on Alumni Day was the highlight of the season.
Young 1968 12-1-1 Steve Coon   Isaac Whisnant set a school record with 4 goals in 1 game. He also went on to being mentioned in Sports Illustrated and was named Ohio's Scholastic Scorer. As a team the Hawks set a record for goals for a season with 45 in 14 games.
Young 1969 3-10-2 Jake Clark   Sweetest victory came over Hudson 1-0.
Young 1970 10-4-3 Kennedy and Armstrong   8-1 destruction of Akron Garfield.
Simpson 1971 4-6 Tony Visconsi Mike Trautman Winning the Maumee Tournament.
Simpson 1972 3-7 Bob Lindblad Bob Lindbald  
Bramble 1973 6-11-1 Hugh McKay Hugh McKay Harley Cahen was the first ever Hawk to be named All-State.

Bramble 1975 6-17-2 Dick Whitney Peter Sachs Win over Gilmour 3-1 on October 12. Dick Whitney scored 27 goals, just one short of making a new school record and was named first team all-state.
Haas 1976 9-7-2 Chris Carey Chris Carey Sectional Finalist
Haas 1977 6-4-2 Dave Eaton and Andy Clyde Scott Beatty Playing #8 ranked Chagrin Falls to a 0-0 tie.
Haas 1978 8-5-2 Jeff Hsu Jeff Hsu Jeff Hsu was named all-state and the team beat US for the first time in 13 years.
Haas 1979 12-2-3 Todd Beatty, Jeff Snavely, and Eric Lasky Todd Beatty Beat local powerhouses WRA, Cleveland Heights, Chagrin Falls, and Mentor.
Haas 1980 8-7-1 None, 6 seniors Jay Sargent Beat local powerhouse WRA 5-1, and won in the last 22 seconds against Lake Ridge.
Tottenham 1981 9-5-2 Juan Antunez Jaun Antunez Beat US and started the year 6-0-1
Tottenham 1982 5-11-2 Ethan Cohen and Martin Schulz Martin Schulz Defeating the Alumni team for the first time in 7 years.
Tottenham 1983 7-6-2 Brad Bryan Brad Bryan Started in a new league, the Eastern Division of the Northeast Ohio Soccer League.
Tottenham 1984 8-6-3 Roger Gold Roger Gold Roger Gold was selected to the All Greater Cleveland Team.
Tottenham 1985 11-4-7 Kevin Ratner Kevin Ratner Went to the State Sweet 16.
Marsh 1986 14-4-4 Ted Bryan and Scott Robertson Ted Bryan District Runner-Up. Robert Schimdt set a school record with 8 shut outs.
Marsh 1987 9-8-2 Kurt Zabell, Mike Greicius, and Dan Breen. Dan Breen Several players named to first and second team all league.
Marsh 1988 12-4-3 Jimmy Nickens and Mike Piczer Rod Semrad District Semi-Finalists in the Ohio Class A-AA State Playoffs.
Marsh 1989 7-7-6 Jeremy Grunzweig and Scott Braming Scott Braming Jeremy Grunzweig and Joe Grossman were named 2nd Team All Greater Cleveland.
Marsh 1990 19-3-1 Matt Davis and Shawn Nickens Matt Davis Beating Kenston and US in the State Playoffs while advancing to the Elite 8.
Marsh 1991 12-6-3 Andrew Smyser and Kevin Neebes Kevin Neebes Kevin Neebes was named All-American and Craig Morman was named All-Greater-Cleveland.
Marsh 1992 13-6-1 Craig Morman and Paul Breen Craig Morman Craig Morman set school records for career goals scored (43) and career points (111) and was eleceted to All State and All Mid Central United States.
Marsh 1993 13-4-2 Aaron Greicius and Daniel Segelin Aaron Greicius League Champions and the fifth best winning percentage in the school's history.
Turner 1994 15-4-2 Shahrad Teimouri and Daniel Segelin Shahrad Teimouri Trip to the Elite 8 and lost to the eventual state champions. Dan Segelin set the career record for most goals and assists, Nick Dicillo set the record in goal for most career shutouts and saves. Shahrad Teimouri was voted First Team All State and All Mid-West.
Turner 1995 15-3-1 Dan Rosskamm, Eddie Dutton, and Eric Chiang Dan Rosskamm League Champions and Dan Goldstein was voted All State First team.
Turner 1996 16-6-1 Dan Goldstein Dan Goldstein Beating Bay Village and becoming the Division II State Semifinalists.
Turner 1997 20-3-2 Robert Sustar Robert Sustar District Champions, Regional Champions, and had several players named to all league and all city honors.
Turner 1998 20-2-1 Jeff Pacini and Damon Butler Damon Butler Most Goals in a season (141), Longest Winning Streak (13), Longest Unbeaten Streak (15), Most Season Victories (20), Most Season Goals (45-Damon Butler), Most Points in a Season (105-Damon Butler), Most Goals in a Career (85-Damon Butler), Most Points in a Career (211-Damon Butler), All-American (Damon Butler), Most Assists in a Season (44-Jeff Pacini), Most Assists in a Career (83-Jeff Pacini), Most Assists in a Game (5-Jeff Pacini), All-Mid West Region (Jeff Pacini).
Turner 1999 13-6-2 Adam Guren Adam Guren Beating US twice in one season.
Turner 2000 19-2-3 Andrew Sheridan and Tommy Sustar Brian Carmany Brian Carmany is named Ohio Division II Player of the Year and is the leading scorer with 31 goals. He is also selected to be an All-American. Division II State Runners-Up.
Sweeney 2001 13-0-2 Kyle Ostendorf and Erik Knight Kyle Ostendorf Kyle Ostendorf is named All Mid West United States. The Team won Districts and Regionals.
Sweeney 2002 8-5-4 Doug Wiemer and Nir Yungster Nir Yungster Division III State Runner-Up and Jamie Blecher was named All State.
Guilvezan 2003 12-5-4 Adam Kahn and Matt Dietz Adam Khan Made it to the Regional Final Game and unfortunately lost.
Guilvezan 2004 13-1-1 Eric Parker, Marshall Plow, Geoff Bass Geoff Bass District and Regional Champions and Marshall Plow is voted All State and breaks the single season goals record with 53 as well as the career with 102.
Guilvezan 2005 10-4-2 Richie Watson, Paul Molta, and Brent Halverstadt Brent Halverstadt Sectional Champions and Mischa scoring from mid field against Gilmour.
Guilvezan 2006 13-5-1 Brian Horsbourgh, Zach Rosskamm, and Adam Waxman Brian Horsbourgh Sectional Champions and District Finalists.
